Bill Cain Takes Steinberg/ATCA Award for Second Consecutive Year by Adam Hetrick

Playwright Bill Cain has won the Harold and Mimi Steinberg/American Theatre Critics Association New Play Award — for the second year in a row — for his Iraq War drama Nine Circles.
