Penguin Rep's The Devil's Music: The Life and Blues of Bessie Smith to Play St. Luke's Theatre by Michael Gioia

The Penguin Rep Theatre in Stony Point, NY, has announced its 2011 season, which includes Greetings!, Sirens, Shipwrecked! An Entertainment and Samuel J. and K. on its mainstage and Angelo Parra's The Devil’s Music: The Life and Blues of Bessie Smith, starring Miche Braden, Off-Broadway for an open-ended run beginning June 5.
