Davy Jones, who gained lasting worldwide fans as the cute, diminutive, self-effacing English member of the manufactured 1960s pop group The Monkees — but was also the original Artful Dodger of the London and Broadway musical Oliver! — died Feb. 29, after suffering a heart attack in Florida. He was 66.
