The contest is open to high school students in grades 9-12 who want to express themselves on issues of bullying and teen violence. Students are invited to submit creative videos two to five minutes in length in any style, including but not limited to monologue, scene, song, illustration, animation, collage and dance, addressing the aforementioned themes.
