Maria Somma, a spokesman for the Actors' Equity union in New York, said Friday morning that the Victory Gardens Theater production of "Ameriville" was now being produced under an Equity contract. Cathy Taylor, a Victory Gardens spokesman, confirmed that change on Friday.
