Sting Musical The Last Ship Receives Reading in Newcastle, May Be New York-Bound
Sting presented a reading of his stage musical, The Last Ship on February 3 and 4 at the Live Theatre in Newcastle, according to The Journal Live. Featuring lyrics by Pulitzer Prize winner Brian Yorkey (Next to Normal) and directed by Rob Mathes, the reading featured Jimmy Nail, Val McLane and Declan Bennett (American Idiot, Rent).
