“9 Circles’’ is full of contradictions, the kind that keep an audience leaning forward, drawn irresistibly into the swirling drama. In the riveting Publick Theatre production now at the Plaza Theatre, Boston Center for the Arts, one young man goes from murderer to victim, veteran to villain, all in the course of a taut 105 minutes.
