Signature Theatre's new Arlington, VA, production of Hairspray — starring national radio host Robert Aubry Davis, of WETA's "Around Town" and Sirius/XM Radio, as Edna — begins Nov. 21 with a resident cast directed by artistic director Eric Schaeffer.
