Norbert Weisser and Bruce Katzman, respectively, play the Commandant of a Nazi prison camp and the Jewish "mayor" of the camp, who collaborate on an elaborate charade in order to deceive a Red Cross inspector, in Juan Mayorga's Way to Heaven.
