Irish American Writers & Artists Inc. honor Ciarán O'Reilly and Charlotte Moore, co-founders of Off-Broadway's Irish Repertory Theatre, with the Eugene O'Neill Lifetime Achievement Award at The Manhattan Club Oct. 17. Tony Award nominee Gabriel Byrne (A Moon for the Misbegotten) presents the award.
