Hollywood's potential to replace human actors digitally has set off an ethical and aesthetic debate.<br> <span class="comment">Until computers are creating the voices, the art direction and the concepts (just to name a few variables), features such as Monsters, Inc. and Shrek will employ more people than had they been live-action. There is no debate here.</span>
