Giuliani Makes Choices for a Decency Panel on Art
Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani has come up with a list that includes members of his administration, friendly clerics and his own divorce lawyer to sit on his decency panel.<br> <span class="comment">We should put Marcia Lewis on this panel to kiss some ass and protect Broadway's (and every artist's) rights.
