The French novella "The Little Prince" has been translated into more than 220 languages. That includes Puppet-speak. Okay, that's not a real language. But life-size puppets are an all-important part of a charming and imaginative stage version of Antoine de Saint-Exupery's 1943 fable at the New Victory Theater on W. 42nd St.
