Review: The Tales of Hoffman (Lyric Opera Chicago)
As is The Lyric hallmark, The Tales of Hoffman is a visual spectacle. Set Designer Ezio Frigerio has constructed an over-sized metal framework complete with elevators and a smoke-puffing train engine. The Lyric kicks off its season with a lovefest!
