Bill Requiring the University of Iowa to Relinquish Pollock's 'Mural' Is Dropped by Randy Kennedy

State legislation that would have forced the University of Iowa to sell Jackson Pollock's "Mural" - an 8-by-20-foot painting valued at more than $100 million - to raise money for the school has been dropped.
