City at Peace, they call it. Hah. This roomful of kids, rehearsing away their Saturday afternoon at the Goldman YMHA/YWHA in the East Village, seems louder than bombs. By Saturday, when the cast of more than 60 New York teenagers from the five boroughs takes the stage at John Jay College Theater in Manhattan, they will be tuned to a fine pitch.
