Well, you know the rest.<br /> Barry Keating, whose "Starmites," set in the science-fiction world of Innerspace, ran briefly on Broadway in 1989, has retooled his musical for the 21st century. And the new, souped-up version is making its world premiere at the Cultural Arts Playhouse in Old Bethpage.
