Former dancer develops 'Passion' for peace BY HEDY WEISS

When she joined the Alvin Ailey company in 1967--a recent arrival in New York from her hometown, Denver--Lynne Taylor-Corbett was just 19, and the only white dancer in the troupe at a time of tremendous racial upheaval in this country.
