De Rossi Is 'Arrested' for TV Pilot Cast
Harry Groener, who spooked "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" as Sunnydale's mayor, has joined the cast of the WB's comedy "Kid Mayor." Groener is a three-time Tony nominee.
