High-kicking and streetwise 'Chicago' puts on a real show by Mike Clark
Only time will tell where Chicago will rank in the annals of splashy screen musicals. But it's at least a surefire Oscar hopeful, given the best-picture nomination that went to vocally inferior Moulin Rouge last year.
