With the arrival of Roadworks Productions' exceptionally fine, meticulously directed revival of "The American Plan" and the extension of Steppenwolf Theatre's production of "The Dazzle," there is something of an unofficial mini-festival of Richard Greenberg plays now in progress in Chicago.
