A Kid's Life - Reviewed by HARRY FORBES
The prerecorded track that opens this nothing-if-not-upbeat show at the York Theatre Company -- amplified to Broadway decibels as it is -- bodes ill, but the sound soon levels off, and 13 songs and 55 minutes later most youngsters will no doubt find themselves in step with "A Kid's Life"'s injunctions to "be all you want to be" and "go out and be happy."
