Tough times for 'Mrs. Packard' BY PETER FILICHIA
Emily Mann's newest play, "Mrs. Packard," now having its world premiere at the Berlind Theatre, is undercooked. What Mann has is an excellent idea for a play and some potent scenes. Still, it plays as a good first draft.
