Terror Verdict Casts Doubt On White House Strategy

A New York jury acquitted accused U.S. embassy bomber Ahmed Ghailani of nearly all charges. His trial was supposed to have been a sure thing -- and a test case to bolster the Obama administration's view that Guantanamo detainees could be safely tried in criminal courts in the U.S.
