In an age when many dance-based organizations and venues struggle or have gone dark, bright spots remain. One such light in the darkness is Chicago Danztheatre Ensemble which has, as its founder and artistic director Ellyzabeth Adler describes, been "building, stabilizing, rebuilding, stabilizing" through twenty-five years of creating and cheerleading multidisciplinary performances.
