Growing pains evident as Hartford Fringe Festival draws small audiences despite surprise and spontaneity of shows
The 2022 Hartford Fringe Festival is in its final days. The Courant reviewed several shows, some of which are scheduled for repeat performances, and the winners of an audience vote for Best of Fringe will perform for the closing day on Sunday.
