The Wendi Winters Memorial Foundation and DC Theater Arts announce the Wendi Winters Memorial Series to honor slain journalist by News Desk

The fund will allow DCTA to create local arts journalism in honor of former DCTA writer Wendi Winters who was killed in the 2018 Capital Gazette shooting.
