'Fire Shut Up in My Bones,' with roots in St. Louis, will make history at Metropolitan Opera by Calvin Wilson St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Terence Blanchard's opera, which had its world premiere in 2019 at Opera Theatre of St. Louis, will be Met's first production by a Black composer.
