In the wake of the departure of Tom Loughman as CEO of Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art, the museum's board chairman William Peelle says that diversity and inclusion will be a big factor going forward, both in filling that position and in formulating strategies to make the Hartford communities feel more welcome at the museum.
