Hartford Foundation's Artists of Color Unite! awards $400,000 in arts grants by Christopher Arnott

The new Artists of Color Unite! program of the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving has awarded $400,000 to three local arts organization and will work with them to fund dozens of projects by local artists of color.
