Hartford artist creates mural at Heaven skatepark to commemorate George Floyd
Kim Hinds Jr., a Black artist from Hartford, has added to the artwork at Heaven Skate Park in Hartford with an image that reads "born a target," memorializing George Floyd, who was killed by a police officer in Minneapolis.
