Actor and musical-theater writer Justin Huertas, whose musical "The Last World Octopus Wrestling Champion" is on at ArtsWest through July 28, has a soft spot for monsters " their awkwardness, their out-of-place-ness and their extraordinary ability to show us things about ourselves.
