"Peter and the Starcatcher," through May 20 at Theatre Horizon in Norristown, is an endlessly inventive, fantastical depiction of the supposed "backstory" of "Peter Pan." Here, director Matthew Decker relies on a splendid, Monty Pythonesque cast, with results that are unbridled and side-splitting.
