Broadway productions show a slight increase in ticket sales
This past week ticket sales bucked the trend of the previous six weeks, climbing to $20,858,828, up from $20,564,177 the previous reporting period. For the year, the numbers continue to go up, $236,659,400 compared to $215,800,572 at the same point last Broadway season. Twenty-four productions remain on Broadway including three plays. The musical "Follies" at the Marquis is the only production in previews. read more
