A playwright's voice is singular. Yet it is utterly informed by the world it lives in. One hundred and two summers ago in a converted fish house on Lewis Wharf, the original Provincetown Players set forth to thrust their American-born and bred voices into the world from this little spit of sand at the tip of Cape Cod. In doing so, they changed that world forever.
