John Cameron Mitchell, the co-creator and original star of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, who is reprising his performance in the Broadway production, will take a week-long hiatus from the show to recover from a knee injury he suffered during a recent performance. The revival's recent star, Michael C. Hall, will fill in during his absence.
