According to the Telegraph, Vladimir Putin is taking new steps to create a more conservative Russia. The Russian President has just signed legislation that bans foul language in movies, television, theatre and other media. The law 'bans the use of obscene language while ensuring the rights of Russian citizens to the use of the state language, and protecting and developing language culture.'
