Celebrity participants have been announced for the 28th Annual Easter Bonnet Competition, which will be presented April 21 at 4:30 PM and April 22 at 2 PM at Broadway's Minskoff Theatre. The two performances benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
