Gingold Theatrical Group, which is under the leadership of artistic director David Staller, will honor philanthropist Anita Jaffe and playwright/actor Charles Busch at its annual Golden Shamrock Gala on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, at Manhattan Penthouse.
