Canadian director Gia Milani received the Grolsch Film Works Discovery Award at the 2013 Toronto Film Festival for her film "All the Wrong Reasons," which stars late "Glee" actor Cory Monteith and made its world premiere Sept. 8, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
