Producers of the Broadway-aimed musical Rebecca are planning to file a $100 million lawsuit Oct. 19 in Manhattan Supreme Court against Long Island businessman Mark Hotton for taking thousands of dollars in advances on commissions for bringing in non-existent backers, according to the New York Post.
