The first episode of Kelsey Grammer's new drama, Boss, is et to be directed by Oscar nominated Gus Van Sant, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Also joining the cast are Connie Nielsen, Jeff Hephner, Hannath Ware, and Kathleen Robertson.
