So it's a disappointment when the story line driving Hershey Felder's "Romantique," which is having its world premiere there, is rather bland and colorless. [ BG ] Chopin's life plays out as melodrama by Ed Siegel "Romantique" does away with what Felder does best -- explicate the music while tying it in to the artist's life -- and emphasizes what he does least well, namely act and write.
