"Gypsy" - Reviews: [ DN ] No 'Gypsy' in her soul by Howard Kissel A few months ago, wowed by his productions of "Uncle Vanya" and "Twelfth Night" at the Brooklyn Academy, I declared in print that the Brit Sam Mendes was indeed a good choice to direct the American classic "Gypsy."
