A few days ago I got my copy of Sh-K-Boom's "Broadway on Broadway 2001" CD, the live recording of the Times Square event in September. I was quite surprised that the quality was very good. Recording live is never ideal, and recording live in the middle of Times Square is nothing short of a miracle. Not only did they capture this event's sound, but the liner notes feature great photos by Kenneth Blauvelt and Bruce Glikas.
