XMRadio was first pointed out to me by V.J. at Talkin'Broadway back in March. At the time they were looking at staffing up and planning for their launch. They planned to launch their service in Dallas and San Diego on Wednesday, Sept 12. But even if you do not live in those markets, you can get to it by going to their website at www.XMRadio.com and click on the "programming" icon -- then click the "full channel listing" link and scroll down to Channel 28.
