I attended the first preview of '42nd Street' last night, and must say, those feet sure can dance. The dancing is, as expected, terrific, and the young cast is incredibly energetic. My one suggestion would be to feed Twinkies to some of those chorines - the ribs hanging out is NOT attractive, no matter how starving their characters are during the Depression! Should Jonathan Larson keep working hard as a composer or turn it in and become a copywriter?
