Z - The Masked Musical!

The head injuries affected the 26-year-old Gomez for "at least a year," and came just as he was set to launch his solo singing career, she added.Boxes falling on his head? 1998? It all makes sense now. That is why Ruben agreed to do Bob Cabell's most horrendous musical recording of "Z - The Masked Musical!". He should sue for that as well. Talk about a career ender.

adfeldman@hotmail.com

Adam Feldman wrote me, mildly amused that some reader was miffed at his review of Once Around the City. Adam suggested that the unstable theatre patron who was lashing out at BroadwayStars contact Adam directly at adfeldman@hotmail.com. I suggested that the person on the tirade was too spineless to send a note to Adam. We'll see. Now won't we?

Don't Even Bother Looking For The 'Money' by Donald Lyons

'Where's My Money?" is a dream of a play. The trouble is, is it's a bad dream.Writer/director John Patrick Shanley, who won an Oscar for "Moonstruck," has apparently soured on marriage and on people, judging from this farce.
Mr. Lyons reviews three shows in his column and went on to call Once Around the City "The worst musical in the history of the human race..." Now there is a pull-quote for The Times ad! I wonder if Mr. Lyons will get the same email that Adam Feldman will surely get today?

The Observer: Manhattan transfers

Having a hit in New York seems to be the best way to ensure that your play is panned in London, so why do so many American dramatists persist in casting their pearls before swinish British critics?

That Herb Gardner's middle-of-the-road comedy is a painfully dated work is not the only reason that the revival at the Longacre Theater is nearly unendurable.
